I started winter swim lessons last month and have already graduated to the next level class.

I even beat 3 other kids in my group in a swim race!!

My mom took me on a girls' weekend. We started at Rudy's for some tortilla soup. My favorite!

On our girls' weekend we started at the Exploratorium in San Francisco.

There are all sorts of science-related projects to play with.

On this one the goal is to work as a team to make steam rings.

Of course we had to take a Dove Bar break :-)

This chair is only twice as large as a regular chair!

For this exhibit I tried to balance a stick on my finger.

And here the sound I made when walking in gravel was measured. I'm REALLY quiet - who knew!

I got to listen to a recording of a blind man walking through an SF BART station. It was really cool!

The next day we took a ferry boat to San Francisco.

I absolutely loved it! My second boat ride ever!

And then we arrived at the San Francisco Ferry Terminal.

There's a market there where they sell fresh seafood and sour dough bread.

At the Embarcadero Center I ran up the ramps!

And played all over the place!

This is the ferry terminal clock tower from the Embarcadero Center.

Cheese!

Justin Herman Plaza Fountain has no water!

It turns out to be a great place to play!

Except when you want to get out ...

The ride back was fun too - I got to see pelicans!

Princess Bean.
